Law Enforcement

It is the responsibility of each Board to provide for local law enforcement of ABC laws within its jurisdiction by having an officer on staff or contracting with other agencies for such enforcement.

The Rowan/Kannapolis ABC System has a contracted agreement with the N.C. Alcohol Law Enforcement agency.  For general questions and/or concerns please call (704) 633-1641 to speak with an agent on duty.
