The Rowan/Kannapolis ABC Board along with the Rowan County Sheriffs Dept. and the Salisbury Police department combine efforts to sponsor educational programs in Middle Schools, High Schools and Colleges in the Rowan County and Kannapolis areas. The Rowan/Kannapolis A.B.C. system fulfills its statutory obligation by expending the required 7% of profits toward these endeavors.
